It is the synthesis of a women's shoe that expresses elegance and encloses totalitarian comfort.
It is called Lavorazione Bologna (Bologna construction), because it was originally conceived in the city of Bologna, but, to tell the truth, it’s a bag manufacturing where the lining of the shoe is built "like a glove" on the shape of the shoe, the Texon insole is eliminated in order to obtain the maximum softness and flexibility to the foot.
The most important phase of this process is the original know-how in the creation of the model, which is often made on a heel height of 50 mm, while we are capable to expand it on heels up to 100mm. Few model makers are able to change or adapt this shoe construction to a high heel, because developing measurements and proportions on the bag-like construction of the shoe is a symptom of an in-depth artisan technique.
Finally, the last that has to stretch the lining is inserted and then the upper is placed on the last without excessive pulling - it is important to chew only the round shape to lock the upper and the heel, flatten and apply the sole, this too must follow the trick to have as little putty as possible in the center of the plant - the result is a shoe that breathes and is flexible, therefore comfortable.
